My life used to be completely different. I am an economist by training; for many years, I worked in the banking sector and built a career. But the war upended my life as I knew it.
My husband is an active-duty officer in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Today, he is defending our country, while my daughter Solomiia and I work every day to ensure our small family business survives, grows, and brings people the authentic taste of natural products.
For us, cheesemaking is more than just production; it is a craft that demands knowledge, patience, and love. We work exclusively with natural farm-fresh milk—free from preservatives and stabilizers—because we believe the best flavor emerges when a product remains authentic.
Every wheel of cheese, every yogurt, and every dessert passes through our hands. We know the origin of our milk, keep track of every batch, and never prioritize quantity over quality.
