My husband, Valerii Valentynovych Venchkovskyi, joined the ranks of the 80th Separate Air Assault Brigade during the very first days of the full-scale invasion. For nearly two years, he defended Ukraine on the Mykolaiv, Kharkiv, and Donetsk fronts. After his discharge from service—and given that we are raising three children—we decided to make a dream we had cherished for over five years a reality: starting our own business.

That is how our Kavale fried ice cream was born—not merely a dessert, but a genuine little spectacle of emotion and joy for both children and adults. We organize off-site events and create a festive atmosphere at festivals, children's gatherings, family occasions, and charity events.

Our ice cream is made exclusively from natural ingredients. We also use lactose-free milk so that everyone can enjoy their favorite flavor. A unique feature of the process is that the mixture starts out in liquid form; it then freezes in a special machine at low temperatures, turning into a smooth, delicate treat that is rolled into beautiful spirals right before the guests' eyes.

For us, this is more than just business. We actively organize charity initiatives and visit orphanages, as well as inclusive and rehabilitation centers. During these challenging times for the country, we strive to share what matters most: genuine smiles, positive emotions, and a sense of warmth with both children and adults.

We believe that even a small joy can uplift a person and inspire hope. That is why Kavale is about more than just ice cream; it is about kindness, family, strength, and a love for life.
