We start preparing for summer in winter.
The public organization “Families of Fallen Heroes of Lviv Region” plans to organize a small summer retreat for mothers and children who have lost their loved ones. 💔
There is pain that never takes a vacation.
And there are children who will never go on vacation with their fathers again.
There are mothers who have learned to hold on, but have not learned not to hurt.
🏔️ A few days in the Carpathians.
Where there are no sirens.
Where silence is not frightening.
Where you can sleep through the night without waking up.
Where children will be among other children like them.
And mothers among those who understand without questions. 🤍
✨ For some, this will be their first trip after a funeral.
✨ For some, the first laugh without guilt.
✨ For some, the first time it will be a little easier to breathe.
This is not a luxury.
It is a necessity. 🕊️
🤲 We are launching a small fundraiser to make this trip possible.
